UX and Conversation Designer

I'm a designer from the north of Mexico with a UX design career, a passion for conversational technology, and pinch of front-end experience.

Big fan of rock music, crossword puzzles, and fried food.

What moves me?

I’m an industrial design graduate turned UX designer and researcher, working at Concentrix Catalyst.

I don't want to miss out on how designers shape the future, which is why I find emerging tech interesting.

My personal favorite? Conversational technology.
‍
I'm a Conversation Designer, which means I work towards automating conversations through voicebots and virtual assistants.
‍
I'm also leading the Women in Voice Mexico chapter in Mexico, a non-profit tech community to help push the discipline forward, specially for us women.

I'm a puzzle solver. And I love empowering people solve their own puzzles, too. Especially through a user-centric and innovative lense.

I've planned, facilitated and analyzed results for 70+ design thinking workshop sessions for projects, multidisciplinary teams and clients.
