Co-created a 2-hour theoretical and practical course for our bank employees to get familiar with the Design Thinking and innovation mindsets. On a monthly basis, I'm mentoring more UX team members into facilitating the sessions. Together, we have trained over 800 bank employees from all areas.

Created a 5 workshop series that lead Accenture's Quality Assurance leadership team towards a five-pillar strategy for their upcoming fiscal year. I planned and facilitated the activities from which we collected feedback, extracted themes, evaluated priorities and crafted the branding for each strategy.

Re-designed and validated the native iPad interface for 2 employee-facing client microapps, based on user research insights and the company's interaction design guidelines to adapt from web to native.

Hands-on research with hearing impaired users to conceptualize a wearable solution that combined AI for sound optimization and gestures for the users to personalize their sonic environment in real time. We made it to the Latin America finale.

Designed low-fidelity landing page, flows and dashboards for a crypto trade startup. Each flow included a variety of transactional states and constraints in need of simplification for the user. The startup flopped, though.
